How to arrange a return

Email info@clevercrittersworld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Our Clever Critters team will send you the return instructions and address. Please contact us before sending your order back so we can make sure it reaches the right place.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund. If it has not appeared 15 business days after our refund confirmation, please email us and we will help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us so we can put it right. We cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
